Snowman Design DDM Office Add-In - Excel

Licensing

Managing your license involves three straightforward steps: setting up your license, activating the software, and deactivating when needed. The sections below provide a brief overview of each area, with links to more detailed information.

Setting Up Your License

Before you can use the software, you will need to load and validate your license file (.snolic). This can be obtained either from your original purchase email or from the My License page on the Snowman Design Software Licensing Portal. Once loaded, the software will automatically verify your license with our server and store it securely on your machine.

If your license is ever modified, for example following a change to your subscription, the same process is used to load the updated license file. Click here for more information on setting up and managing your license.

Activation

Once your license has been set up, the final step is to activate the software. Activation confirms that your license is valid and allows you to use the software on your machine. Your license allows the software to be activated on a set number of machines at any one time, known as the activation limit. Once activated, the software will automatically check in with our licensing server every 30 days to keep your license up to date. Click here for more information on activating the software.

Deactivation

If you need to move the software to a different machine, or free up one of your activation slots, you can deactivate the software at any time. Deactivating the software on a machine does not affect your license, which remains valid and ready to be used elsewhere. Click here for more information on deactivating the software.
